How We Do It

Here at JF Impressions, we aim to process and complete your order within 5-7 days. At quieter periods, this will

be quicker.

We will ship using the 2nd Class Recorded option with Royal Mail, which means your items are fully trackable.


Everything You Need to Know

Due to the nature of the products and their personalisation, we cannot refund items unless there is a physical fault with the item once it reaches you.

We will need to know about any issues with the product within 24 hours of your tracked delivery arriving.

Please make sure you check spellings when typing in your personalisation at check out. We can only refund for errors if the error is from our end.

If, in the unlikely event, there is an error, you will have the option to get a replacement sent or ask for a refund.

If there are any strikes or delays with postage, we will not be held responsible for late delivery as it would be out of our hands once we have posted out in the allotted processing time.
